1) I have a BA in History from Michigan State University, my focus was on Medieval Legal and Social History with a focus on Iceland.

2) An interest in German beer led into an intense interest in the world of fermented beverages, the rest has all been on the job!

7)I loved traveling in Japan, the countryside is beautiful and the cities I visited are wonderful and filled with historical interest. I’ve also had some great times with some friends showing me their local haunts. Develop a taste for nihonshu! You won’t regret it!
